Positives: I like the way you lit the face with green light, and a little bit of blue light behind. Colour is great way to set the mood of the person you're painting, and the colours you chose make him look cold, perhaps calculating. - in other words, GREAT choice of colours for Loki. Love the way he's straing right at the viewers and it makes you focus on his face, which is painted beautifully. This stare, for me, gave me the greatest impact.
To be improved upon: The proportion of the body relative to the size of the head is a bit off. The background, being nice colour combination, I thought was a little distracting from the face that you painted so beautifully. Perhaps, you can crop the bottom of the picture so that the face (which is the main focus of this painting) takes up more space relative to the size of the canvas?
Overall, I like this picture very much. You captured the likeness of Tom Hiddleston quite well while using your own style. Great job!!
